About the event

From the 1st of July until the 28th of August, come and move with your coach:
Mondays / 6pm - Strong body
Wednesdays / 9.30am - Mobility flow
Saturdays / 10am - Strong body & 11am - Mobility flow
Mobility flow: A mix between yoga and mobility drills, to work on your joints AND release the tension.
Strong body: Strength workout using small weights and your body!
Week date:
5-10th of July | 12-17th of July | 26-31st of July
and the entire month of August.

From July 1 to August 28, come and move with your coach from Move-Lab:
Monday / 6 p.m. - Strong body
Wednesday / 9:30 a.m. - Mobility flow
Saturday / 10 a.m. - Strong body & 11 a.m. - Mobility flow
Mobility flow: a gentle mix of yoga and mobility, to work on your joints AND release tension.
Strong body: muscle building using your body weight and small weights!
